Organic Soybean Oil is commonly used as a neutral ingredient or an organic fry oil. It has a clear, light colour and a neutral taste that won't overpower the taste of the cooked foods themselves. Compared to other cooking oils, this organic soybean oil is low in saturated fats and high in beneficial fatty acids.
This soybean oil is traditionally pressed with organic certified and non-GMO soybean.
Traditionally pressed uses a press to physically squeeze the oil out of the seed, rather than use chemicals. With this method, no solvents are used in the process, and therefore don’t have the chance of having any hexane residue left over.
Soybean oil is excellent and stable for high-temperature cooking, baking and sautéing. It can also be used for salads, dressings and sauces.
